Usually, when
I create a Poetry & Pictures book, I select a poetry theme and try to pick
photos from a variety of locations that compliment what the poems are saying.
Or, sometimes, I will choose a photo theme, or location, and randomly pick
the poems. But, this time there is a unique combination. Both
the poems and the photos are connected to Glacier National Park. The
poems were either written while visiting there in 1999, or the day after;
about the trip. All of the photos, with the exception of the airport,
were taken in Glacier. The airport photo is from the flight home, which ran
into some significant weather problems.
